Burgundy & Seafood Wine Dinner

We've just begun planning out this great upcoming event, but wanted to give you an early heads up.  As the first of a three dinner Fall Series at Nana's, we are going to do a fantastic meal combining some of the freshest seafood in North Carolina with some of our favorite Burgundy wines.  We are going to utilize a combination of several wines from Nana's inventory, along with several other Burgundies selected by Hope Valley Wine & Beverage.  This dinner was all Chef Scott Howell's brainchild, and he is excited to pair up dishes with wines from one of his absolute favorite regions.  As is always the case with Nana's Dinners, we really will not know the menu until the day of the dinner, so that Scott and his team can be free to utilize the absolute freshest catches and just harvested produce in their dishes.  If you do have allergies or food restrictions, please just let the restaurant know when making your reservation and they will accommodate.
