It's time for Blu's annual Oysters & Bubbles dinner! This yearly revelry is a celebration of the best bivalves paired with delicious sparkling wines. Blu is renowned for their oyster selection, and Chef Tim always finds a great variety of ways to utilize those delicious molluscs.
