Paleo Fall Harvest Wine Dinner

Primal Food and Spirits next wine dinner will be a celebration of the flavors of the Fall. As the weather begins to chill, many of us look to richer, more savory dishes. While the abundance of Summer produce is wrapping up, there are still delicious fresh fruit and vegetables in Autumn. We start to see many varieties of squash, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, eggplant, cranberries, apples, and so many delicious mushrooms. We also see a shift in the proteins we start to crave, with more braised, roasted and stewed styles becoming prevalent on menus. Chef Tim Lyons and crew will craft a delectable menu working with many of these seasonal flavors, and we'll find the perfect wine pairings. We'll post the menu here as soon as it is ready, and we hope to see you at the dinner!
