Paleo of the Americas Wine Dinner
Primal Food & Spirits

Wednesday, October 18th

For their first dinner of the Fall, our good friends at Primal Food & Spirits have paired up with another long time buddy of ours, Laurence Vuelta of Aveníu Brands.  Chef Tim Lyons has put together a menu celebrating the flavors of North, Central and South America.  Being at Primal, he of course crafted dishes that adhere to the Paleo diet ideology, and fully gluten free.  Laurence picked out some of his favorite wines from up and down the Americas, and will be on hand to enlighten us all about the wines with his usual enthusiasm and style.

6th Annual Fresh Seafood Wine Dinner
Nana's Restaurant

Picture

Tuesday, October 24th
7:00 PM

It is hard to believe that this will be our 6th Annual Fresh Seafood Wine Dinner with our dear friends at Nana's.  We've selected a great line-up of some wines that make us crave different seafood dishes.  Scott Howell will then match to the flavors of the wines we selected, using the best, freshest selections from the North Carolina coast and other outstanding areas for the best shellfish, mollusks, crustaceans, fish and more.  To ensure that the dishes are using the freshest product possible, we will not have a menu to publish until the day of the event - many of our dishes that night will be being caught that morning!  But Scott Howell doesn't disappoint with these dinners, and if you have any food allergies just alert the restaurant when you make your reservation.  This dinner has sold out every other year we have held it, so if you hesitate you
might miss out!
