North Carolina Seafood Wine Dinner

We will be working with our friends at Primal Food and Spirits for another exciting wine dinner in August. We would love it if you could join us for a celebration of North Carolina Seafood, in all its delicious glory! Owner Tim Lyons is best known for his excellent seafood through sister restaurant Blu Seafood and Bar, but he and Primal chef Bo Peterson want to remind you that Primal can go toe to toe with its sibling in providing some of the tastiest bounty of the sea. They've put together a five course menu that is sure to inspire - four delectable seafood oriented courses and a fantastic dessert course to finish. We've invited our dear friend Sara Marston of Orsini Wines (and Hope Valley Wine staff alumnus!) to pair up some fantastic wines from her portfolio, and Sara will be on hand that evening to discuss the wines and the pairings. It should all make for a lovely late summer evening, and we hope to see you there!
