Alcohol-removed spirits and wines are beverages made from traditional techniques but with the alcohol extracted, using methods like vacuum distillation, and additional heating.
Explore these products from our favorite creators of non-alcoholic wines and beverages at our tasting Friday, January 16, from 5pm to 7pm. Simeon, of Empire Distributors, will be our bartender.

Undone, No. 2 - This is Not Gin Juniper Beverage
Regular $28.99 Tasting $27

Germany

We are very excited about bringing in this new brand of NA beverage. Made via the same processes and ingredients as the real thing, the liquid is heated for an extended period of time to allow the alcohol to burn away. This leaves an authentic and nearly-identical in flavor product. Perfect with mint and tonic over ice.

Undone, No. 3 - This is Not Whiskey American Malt
Regular $28.99 Tasting $27

Germany

As with all of Undone’s products, this spirit is made in the style of traditional American Malt Whiskey, from fermented mashed cereal grains with the liquid heated so that the alcohol has burned away. Pairs well with Undone’s This is Not Vermouth for a NA Manhattan.

Undone, No. 9 - This is Not Red Vermouth Italian Aperitif Style Drink Regular $28.99 Tasting $27
Germany

Mocktail lovers will rejoice at this botanical and authentic-tasting non-alcoholic sweet vermouth! Made using the same methods of Vermouth wine making and fortified with herbs, barks, and roots, use this to make Manhattans, Rob Roys, and all your Vermouth-based favorites.

Lyre's
 Coffee Originale Non-Alcoholic Spirits
Regular $30.99 Tasting $29

Australia

This delicious liqueur alternative is decadent and sumptuous and can be added guilt-free to your morning coffee or over ice creams. We’ve carried Lyre’s products for several years, and love their Non-Alcoholic beverage options. On our shelf you’ll also find their Dry London Spirit, White Cane Spirit, Dark Cane Spirit, Classic American Malt, and Traditional Reserve.

Tenuta dell’Ugolino “Le Piaole” Verdicchio di Casteli dei Jesi

Regular $18.99, Tasting $17

Castelplianio, Marche, Italy

100% Verdiccio Grape

Gorgeous aromas come forth of starfruit, mango, sage, and white flowers, while the flavors are imbued with lemon, pear, salted pineapple, and crushed stone. Sandy, fossil-rich soils and a maritime climate contribute to its distinct minerality within this terroir. Tenuta dell’Ugolino was established in the 1980s, and this vineyard site is organic.

Domingo Hermanos Torrontes
Regular $20.99 Tasting $19

Cafayate Valley, Salta, Argentina

The indigenous Argentinian Torrontes is an aromatic white wine grape produced on the high altitudes of this region, showcasing its vibrant floral quality in aroma and palette. Hermanos is within the umbrella of well-known winery Bodega Domingo Molina.  Dry, light, elegant, fresh with flowers, fruit, and clean minerals.

El Lagar de Isilla "Roble" Tempranillo
Regular $17.99 Tasting $16

Ribiera del Duero, Spain

100% Tempranillo Grape

“Roble,” meaning “oak” in Spanish, is a fitting indicator for this style of oak-aged, spicy Tempranillo. Expect dark fruit flavors, soft vanilla, tobacco, and an all-around smooth but rich experience characteristic of this beloved Spanish grape.

Volpe Pasini's IGT Venezia Giulia Cabernet

Regular $24.99 Tasting $23
