Wines of Italy with Dr. LOV

We are restarting our Saturday Tastings this weekend! The last tasting we did was on March 7th of 2020, and we welcomed one of our oldest friends in the business Laurence O. Vuelta, aka 'Dr. LOV'. To keep a perfect symmetry over the last two years and bring everything around full circle, we've invited Laurence to rejoin us as our first guest host for the Saturday Tasting reboot. Dr. LOV is now representing Sunrise Wines, a local importer of some of our favorite Italian and French wines. We'll taste a nice selection of four of their wonderful Italian offerings, and invite you to join us
between 1:00 and 3:00 on Saturday the 2nd.

We will be following some cautionary guidelines for at least the first 3-4 tastings. Once we have a better feel for how many people to expect, what the flow of guests is, and how effectively customers are able to socially distance, we will take a second look at these restrictions. We want to get back to normal as much as anyone else, but feel a responsibility to do it slowly and safely.
During the Weekly Tasting:
~ We will allow a maximum of 25 people inside the store, including staff. If we reach that maximum, other guests will need to wait outside until another group exits.
~ For the two hours of the tasting, face masks will be required except when actively tasting. We will have a designated tasting area where masks can be lowered. Please wear a face mask when entering and exiting the store.
~ While the free tasting is happening, the WineStation will not be available. We will turn it back on at the conclusion of the tasting.
Again, these policies are temporary as we ease back into doing in-store tastings. We are a small store without a lot of space for social distancing, and we want to be sure all of our guests feel safe. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience!
