Many wine lovers find their tastes change with the seasons. As Spring gets into full gear, the heavier and fuller wines that were perfect during the Winter are now starting to seem too big and dense. With the warmer weather many of us are wanting wines of a lighter style, with freshness and brightness, and lively aromatics that match the all the plants in bloom around us. This Saturday we are going to taste four such wines perfect for the season. All four selections are from Italy, as we are pairing up this weekend with one of our favorite importers Piedmont Wine Imports who specialize in small, family driven, farmer driven wineries.
