Rosé
1:00 - 3:00
As we head into the dog days of Summer, it is time to revisit the wonderful world of Rosé. The explosion of popularity of dry pink wines over the last 10 years has been phenomenal. It doesn’t feel like that long ago that I struggled mightily to try to sell Rosé in the different restaurants I worked in, and practically couldn’t even give it away. As more and more American consumers realized that White Zinfandel was the exception rather than the rule, and that around the globe pink wines are usually dry rather than sweet, the tide turned and Rosé is now one of our best selling categories. We’ve picked out a great selection for you to try this weekend, made of a variety of different grapes. We’ve got two from the United States, and two from France, some made of well known grapes and some from rarer origins. Please join us Saturday and see if we can find you a new summer favorite!
