This Saturday we will feature our second of three tastings focused on finding you the best pairings for your Thanksgiving meal. For this iteration, we have pulled in a ringer, as these wines were chosen by the one and only Dr. LOV, Laurence O. Vuelta, of Sunrise Wines. As most of our tasting regulars know, Laurence is one of our oldest and dearest friends, and he has been joining us for tastings since the very start of the business. Over the years Laurence has represented a number of top notch wine portfolios, but for that last year+ he has been with Sunrise Wines, a fantastic importer and distributor based out of Raleigh. Most of Sunrise's selections focus on Italian wines, but recently, under Laurence's guidance, they've begun to branch out into other countries and regions. Laurence will guide us through a wonderful sampling of both Italian and non-Italian selections that he had chose to match with a great holiday meal. There is something here for every taste, and as always we'll have Laurence's knowledge and enthusiasm to make it as much a party as a tasting. We hope you can join us this Saturday!
